A Sweet and Savory Spring Pork Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
3 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
2 tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sea salt
Fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
Combine olive oil, balsamic, mustard, garlic, and salt to make a marinade.
Coat pork tenderloin and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes or grill until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
