Sweet and Savory Flatbread with Caramelized Onion Balsamic Jam
This appetizer brings together the sweet tang of Honey Ginger Balsamic with the herbaceous depth of Rosemary Olive Oil, layered over a crisp flatbread and topped with balsamic caramelized onions. Perfect for spring grazing boards or wine night with friends.
Ingredients:

1 flatbread (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic

Fresh thyme or rosemary
Instructions:

Sauté onions in Rosemary Olive Oil until soft, then deglaze with balsamic and reduce until jammy.

Brush flatbread with olive oil, spread onion jam, and bake at 375°F for 8–10 mins.
