Autumn Spiced Apple Martini

Ingredients:

• 2 oz apple-infused vodka (or regular vodka)
• 1 oz fresh apple cider
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• 1 dash of Angostura bitters (or orange bitters for a brighter note)
• 1 small piece of Spicewalla Anise
• Blue Henry dried apple slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

If using regular vodka, infuse it with sliced apples for 24 hours for a stronger apple flavor.

In a shaker, combine the vodka, apple cider, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters.

Lightly crush the Spicewalla Anise to release its flavor and add it to the shaker. Shake with ice until well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a Blue Henry dried apple slice. For an extra touch, briefly light a piece of anise to release its aroma before adding it to the drink.
