Rich in anthocyanins, Blue Butterfly Peaflower Tea features a vibrant blue color and a light, earthy flavor. The anthocyanins in this tea give it its electric blue hue, which reacts with acids by changing color to bright fuschia - simply add lemon juice to illicit this magical change. An amazing base for cocktails, and great with lemonade, too.
